Oldest boy, 7th grader, walks in the room and says, "Inverted sentences sound like Yoda. 'Great is the power of God.' So the predicate adjective comes first in an inverted sentence?"

I was washing dishes at that very moment so I just kind of noncommittally agreed with him. I think I may need to start my own grammar lessons.

Yep, we're at that point....if not dangerously close to it.
