A reminder for everyone

Over the past few days, we have been watching the footage of the destruction in our sister states.
I've never been one to shelter the boys, so they have watched it also and I have explained what has happened and what is going on.

As I explained to the boys that these people had lost every single thing they had, six-year-old M piped up, "No Mama. They still have their souls."

I was speechless.

Then my 10 year old chimed in. "It's ok Mom. God knows everything. He has those people in heaven now where He can keep them safe. He's watching over all the other people even if they forget."

I wish I could get their message to those people. I think we all could use the reminder.
