This is an old picture. Let's see, when was this taken? September last year maybe. Matthew was fishing at the farm pond. The pond had been dangerously low for a couple of years and we really didn't think any fish could have survived. But Grammie took them fishing. He caught this fish the first time his hook hit the water. Cane pole and a worm on the bank of a little pond.


Darn big fish for such a little guy. Last week he caught a smaller bass. that one was only about 14 inches long. He also caught a dozen brim.
Imagine what he could do if he knew something.
